This lesson plan template is a blank form for one class period. Type the title, grade, subject, and duration, then write the objective, materials, procedure steps, differentiation, assessment, and homework. The preview updates as you type and is laid out like a printed plan. Load example drops in a short sample you can replace. Print sends the plan to the browser print dialog and hides the form, and Copy places the same plan on the clipboard as plain text. You write every line yourself, and nothing you type is uploaded or saved.
A daily lesson plan template names the lesson, the grade, the subject, and how long the period lasts. The objective says what students will be able to do by the end, in words you can check. Materials lists what you and the students need in the room. The procedure is the order of the lesson, often an opening, a short model, guided practice, and independent work, with a time beside the longer steps when you want one. Differentiation notes the support and the extension. Assessment is how you will see whether the objective was met, during the lesson or at the end. Homework is the follow-up, when the lesson has one.
