This free behavior chart maker prints a sticker chart for one goal a parent or teacher chooses. Add a child's name, the goal, and an optional reward, then set the columns to the seven days of the week, five school days, or a sticker count of 5, 10, or 20. Each spot is an empty star or an empty box, so the sheet works as a reward chart you can mark with stickers on paper. Print chart opens that page on its own, and the print dialog can save it as a PDF. The chart runs in the browser, does not keep a record of behavior, and does not ask you to sign in.
One goal and a row of empty stickers
Type a child's name and the goal you want to notice, such as packing a backpack or lining up when the bell rings. Choose the columns before you print. Seven days runs Monday through Sunday. Five school days runs Monday through Friday. A sticker count prints 5, 10, or 20 numbered spots, five across. Stars and boxes are empty outlines, so the paper is ready for a sticker, a stamp, or a check.
The reward line is optional. Type a prize, or leave it blank and write it on the paper after it prints. Print chart opens a page with the chart alone, then the browser print dialog. Choose Save as PDF in that dialog if you want a file. The name, the goal, and the reward stay in the tab only until you reload or close it. The chart does not keep a record of which spots were earned.

How do I print a sticker chart?
Type a name and a goal, pick the columns and stars or boxes, and click Print chart. A print window opens with the chart. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for this site and click Print chart again. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF to keep a file.
Can the chart be a school week or a set of 10 stickers?
Yes. Columns can be 7 days (Monday through Sunday), 5 school days (Monday through Friday), or 5, 10, or 20 stickers. Seven days is labeled Mon through Sun, and five school days is labeled Mon through Fri. Sticker columns are numbered and print five across, so 10 stickers is two rows and 20 stickers is four rows.
What if I want a blank reward chart to fill in by hand?
Leave the name, the goal, and the reward empty. The printed chart still has a line for each one and the empty stars or boxes. You can write them in after it prints.
Does this save a child's behavior?
No. Spots on the chart stay empty in the browser. You mark them on the paper. The page does not store the name, the goal, the reward, or any stickers, and it does not ask you to sign in.
