This free weekly planner template is a printable weekly schedule and weekly agenda for one student. Type a name and a week label, either a date such as September 21, 2026 or any text such as Unit 3, and choose whether the seven days start on Monday or Sunday. A date fills the calendar day under each weekday, so the page also works as a one-week calendar. Each day has subject and homework lines, four blank rules by default, and the count can run from one to eight. Type a short assignment before printing, or leave the line empty so a student can write by hand. A notes box under the days holds reminders for the whole week. Print the page from the browser. The planner is a fill-in sheet, and the entries stay in the tab until you refresh.
A seven-day student planner to fill in and print
Type the student name and a week label. Week of accepts a date, such as September 21, 2026, 9/21/2026, or 2026-09-21, or any other words, such as Unit 3. A date numbers the week that contains it: each row shows the weekday and the month and day. Other words print in the header, and each day keeps a blank date rule for handwriting. Monday puts Monday in the first row and Sunday in the last. Sunday puts Sunday first and Saturday last.
Lines per day sets how many subject and homework rules each day has. The page opens with 4 empty lines, and the count can be from 1 to 8. Leave a line empty to print a blank rule, or type a short assignment such as Math pages 12-14. The notes box under the seven days is for reminders that belong to the whole week. Print planner opens the browser print dialog on portrait letter paper and leaves the setup controls off the page. Extra lines, or a long notes box, continue on the next page.

Can the week start on Monday or on Sunday?
Yes. Week starts on is a Monday or Sunday choice, and the page opens on Monday. Monday lists Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sunday lists Sunday through Saturday. Both choices always show seven days.
What can I type in Week of?
Type a date or any week label. September 21, 2026, Sep 21, 2026, 9/21/2026, and 2026-09-21 each place that date's week on the rows, with the month and day under the weekday. Unit 3, or any other words, print beside Week of and leave the date rule under each day blank. The date box sets Week of to the calendar date you pick.
How do the subject and homework lines work?
Each day has a Subject / homework column. Lines per day chooses how many rules appear, from 1 to 8, and the page starts with 4 empty lines. Text you type, such as Science lab report, prints on that line. An empty line prints as a blank rule so a student can write on the paper.
How do I print the weekly planner?
Press Print planner. The browser opens its print dialog, and the paper shows the name, the week, the seven day rows, and the notes box. The name, lines, and notes stay in the browser tab. Refreshing the page clears them so you can print another week.
