The boxes match the headings used on those classroom organizers, including the cue column, note-taking column, and summary on a Cornell page. Print opens a clean copy of the organizer you are filling in, and Clear empties that sheet. Everything stays in the browser.
Choose a sheet and fill the boxes
Five tabs sit at the top of the page: Cornell notes, Frayer model, KWL chart, T-chart, and story map. The Cornell sheet has a title, a name line with a date, a cue column for questions and keywords, a wider note-taking column, and a summary bar across the bottom. That layout is the Cornell method: record the lesson on the right, write cues on the left, then sum up the page in the bar underneath.
The Frayer model puts the vocabulary term in the center. Around it are Definition, Characteristics, Examples, and Non-examples, in that order from the upper left. The KWL chart has three columns, Know, Want to know, and Learned, with a lined row for each idea. The T-chart opens with the headings Pros and Cons, and either heading can be renamed before you fill the rows. The story map asks for the title, the characters, the setting, the problem, the events, and the solution.
Print the page you filled in
Print opens a separate window with the organizer on the current tab, in black text on a white page, so you can send it to a printer or save a PDF. Empty boxes stay on that page, which gives you a blank template to hand out. Clear empties only the tab you are looking at, and switching tabs keeps what you already typed. The notes stay in this browser tab until you refresh or leave, and nothing you type is uploaded.

Know is what you already know. Want to know is the questions you hope the lesson will answer. Learned is what you can add after reading, listening, or watching. Each column has several lined rows.
Can I change the T-chart headings?
Yes. The columns start as Pros and Cons. Edit either heading and the rows underneath follow the new labels. A story map keeps its labels: title, characters, setting, problem, events, and solution.
How do I print a blank organizer?
Leave the boxes empty and press Print. The new window shows the empty sheet. If that window does not open, allow pop-ups for this site and press Print again. Clear removes what you typed on the current tab and leaves the other tabs as they were.
