This US states quiz deals all fifty states in a shuffled order for a classroom review. One round asks for a capital, another asks which state a capital belongs to, and a third asks for the two-letter postal abbreviation. Multiple choice is the usual path, and a switch lets a student type the answer. Score and question number stay on the page until you restart, and the study list prints a full table or a blank matching sheet.
How a round works
Name the capital shows a state and asks for its capital city. Name the state shows a capital and asks which state uses it. Abbreviation shows a state and asks for the two-letter postal abbreviation. Each round includes every state, in an order that changes when you restart, and each multiple-choice question mixes the right answer with three others.
After an answer, the page says Correct or shows the right capital, state, or abbreviation, and Next moves on. The score counts how many answers were right. Type the answer replaces the four choices with a box. Capitalization and extra spaces still count, and Minnesota accepts both Saint Paul and St. Paul. An empty box waits for an answer before it scores that question. Questions often place easy mix-ups side by side, including Frankfort and Charleston, Pierre and Bismarck, Salem and Olympia, and Carson City and Santa Fe.
Printing a study list or matching sheet
The study list under the quiz lists each state with its postal abbreviation and capital. Print full list opens that table for the printer. Print matching sheet opens a blank worksheet: states on the left, a line for the abbreviation, a line for a letter, and shuffled capitals on the right. The capitals on each page belong to the states on that page, so a class can grade one page at a time. If the window does not open, allow pop-ups for this site and press the button again.

Does every round include all 50 states?
Yes. Each round uses the fifty states, and Restart shuffles them into a new order. The three wrong choices are shuffled with the right answer on every question.
What does each quiz mode ask?
