How this exam is entered
Section I is 42 multiple-choice questions and counts for 50% of the exam. On the 2012 worksheet the multiple-choice section was scaled to 54 points, so 42 correct answers fill those same 54 points. Section II is six free-response questions, 90 minutes, also 50%. Each question is scored from 0 to 9, and those points are added as scored. Questions 1 and 2 are the calculator questions. Questions 3 through 6 are not.
A composite of 67 to 108 was a 5 on that 2012 worksheet, 54 to 66 was a 4, 41 to 53 was a 3, 33 to 40 was a 2, and 0 to 32 was a 1. The worksheet says to round the composite to the nearest whole number before you read the chart.
